I. OUR PURPOSE

Parents/guardians, school staff, and community members represent a partnership dedicated to the individual development of the students

served by the Laurel School District. Our purpose is to prepare our students to face and prevail over the challeges they encounter now and

later in life by recognizing and providing for the intellectual, social, technological, emotional, and physical needs of each student.

II. OUR SHARED VISION

We are committed to the belief that all students are unique and valuble. We believe in the value of hard work and the importance of 

personal responsibility for all human beings. Our partnership will strive to equip students as life long learners, reinforce and manifest positive

personal characteristics, develop a strong work ethic, and install a desire to succeed and contribute as citizens of the world.

III. OUR COMMITMENT TO THE MISSION STATEMENT

As partners in this process, we pledge our enthusiasm, resources, and open minds so that our students will be stimulated to become creative 

and educated individuals in a safe and positive environment.
